Starting a revolution in social shopping with a UK scale up from positioning to branding & campaign execution. We supported WeShop with their initial Series A start up pitch (£4m) providing the full marketing strategy including positioning | insight | value proposition and creative direction. We provided a full year activity plan involving ‘sticky’ content for users, incentivising regular use via influencers and in-app campaigns. Additionally we took on an internal strategic role, recruiting and staffing their full Marketing team and supporting with acquisition metrics and performance targets based on AB testing of creative and messaging.
